Hydropool Scotland - Dundee

I highly recommend Hydropool Scotland if you are thinking of buying a hot tub . I bought mine in December last year and the service from start to finish was fantastic . Kristine could not have been more helpful and was really willing to spend time with me and answer questions . I had two appointments in the show room before deciding which tub was right for me . The hot tub itself is first class and a joy to use .

while on holiday up in Dundee with the family we called into this showroom to have a nosey around as I've always wanted a hot tub and we was greeted by the Lovely Kristine she was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products they had in there, We will be in touch. Thank you for your help.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am very disappointed as things had been lovely for a year (apart from teething issues like knocking down my neighbours wall while installing the hot tub that we then had to replace). However recently a fault happened with the tub, it kept over heating. I have had numerous phone calls with Alison where she tried to bamboozle me with technical jargon (Is it on a b break or c breaker when in fact I learned later its on a plug in play they installed). During numerous calls with her for four weeks I was told it was a manufacturer issue, then it must of been something I did, some one would be in touch. after a couple of attempts at calling her again because she never got back to me I eventually got through to Stacey. She booked in the repair technicians for Wednesday just past (a full month after I first called) just for me to receive a call saying the technician was ill and would be here Thursday instead. No one on today (Thursday) as they all had covid and some one would be there 19th July. I have family visiting from Canada this week and was looking forward to sharing the hot tub with them. I will not be recommending Hydropool to anyone and may actively encourage them to go some place else as the operations department are a huge let down in an otherwise lovely company.
