        Bought a lovely personalised mug in presentation box today at the Broughty Ferry branch but when I got to the till the young girl took it out of the box and wrapped it in paper . I asked for the box oh no she said we keep them !! I pointed out that I bought it because it came with the box and she shouldnt display it in a box unless it was either for sale or displayed as cup only very disappointed Oxfam !!

        Rude female sales assistant "dived" on my partner when he was looking at a peice of jewellry from cabinet (he'd previously asked to see it from another assistant) and snapped "what have you got there ?" taking it from his hand !! Terrible customer service, even if it is a volunteer !!
