Came in needing a part for my car team very helpful and friendly informed a part from another model fitted which it did very knowledgeable will be back. Called them up today to scrap my car in Dundee they were here within half an hour and took it away also said if I came down later they would have the part off for my vectra that I need such a great service highly recommend! NEVER AGAIN. this company should not offer the tire changing services. firstly, I set the price with Gary (probably the owner) with the fitting for 25 per tyre but on the yard the employee argued with me that's not 25 but 35. good I had messages from Gary so when I showed him, the price was 25 . the company does not have the device for balancing tires - which Gary hadn't told me before. and AFTER the replacement, the employee told me that I had to take my old tires or I had to pay another 5 per tyre. after that when I asked why the employee didn't tell me about it before hi start, he replied cheekily that it was my fault because I should have asked myself. I don't think that's how you should treat a customer I know that I buy used tires with a small value, but that's not the point Gary and his staff should inform customers before start doing anything. YOU ARE BUYING USED TIRES WITH FITTING. BUT WE DO NOT BALANCE BECAUSE WE DON'T HAVE A MACHINE FOR THAT AND YOU HAVE TO TAKE YOUR OLD TIRES OR YOU HAVE TO PAY AN EXTRA MONEY
