        On the day when I purchased my watch at Goldsmiths, Dundee, the service I received throughout the purchasing process was was extremely warm and friendly. From the moment I was offered a chair to sit, I knew I was going to feel very, very important and that was extremely delightful and special.

        Really, really, really amazing service. Grahame you have really set this store apart from the rest. I bought my beautiful wife a new watch which she loves. The service is amazing. We had a nice glass of fizz and a beer whilst getting the details finalised. The big surprise was a bottle of fizz to take home. Wow, you guys really made our day, and you have customers for life when looking for jewelry. You dont get this service any more in Louis Vuitton, Dior and when you buy a new house. Well done guys, amazing service. You really made us feel special and not a number.
