        Thank you to Lynne and Emma for all their help following my back injury. Heal were excellent, accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. Im pleased to be fully recovered now and feeling much much better. Thank you.

        I have had an appointment with Karen to help me relax my muscles with sports massage. I am a competitive powerlifter and have struggled with sciatica for a while. I have used HEAL physiotherapy services through my work for a while, and the team has been absolutely fantastic. The exercises have helped significantly, but the sciatica kept coming back. We identified that my muscles are really tight and need relaxing, which is why I was referred to Karen. In the 45min appointment, she managed to loosen a lot of the problem area and left me feeling amazing! I am looking forward to my next appointment! Thank you
