I had an appointment Dr Rodriguez as an emergency patient. A wonderful patient kind doctor. The receptionists were also very helpful and friendly.

I would never review unless at least two instances have been problematic. Doctors seem fine and practise nurses. All professional ..but there is an older woman receptionist who makes going there frightening? She doesnt reciprocally communicate, I feel stupid for asking normal questions and hate it when shes on. I personally think shes stressed or burnt out. Maybe not her fault.. could be job during pandemic but her manner is strange. Not inclusive or welcoming.

Now that certain partners have gone,I'm sure this practice will become a really good one. The ignorance and bullying will hopefully have stopped since their leaving and I for one will be happy never seeing them for the rest of my days. The female in particular was one of the worst doctors I've ever had the misfortune to meet.Both full of ego,now gone.GOOD!
