        Went in on the off chance that they could reshape my wedding ring that had been in an accident and was very mis-shapen. They had a look and reshaped it before my eyes, with no charge! I was really impressed! Thank you

        This company has no faith in the products they sell. This is made perfectly evident by there no refund policy. The staff are very rude when a refund is requested and very confintational. They are clearly selling terrible quality items if they are not willing to accept them back. I strongly recommend avoiding this establishment.

        Staff were very helpful. Went in to have a watch battery replaced and whilst they were unable to help, the jeweller was more than happy to point me in the direction of a specialist who could conduct the repair. Lovely little shop and will definitely visit again the next time we are visiting Dundee
