I'll start this review by saying that, ironically, Simple Approach weren't my estate agent. I was dealing with a different company and Simple Approach were the selling party's estate agent; however I quickly established that dealing with Simple Approach was a lot 'Simpler' than my own solicitor. Christy at the Dundee branch was exceptional. She did exactly what she said she would do when she said she would do it, which for anyone that has dealt with Estate Agents and Solicitors knows, is a rarity! Cannot recommend Simple Approach enough and we will definitely use them for our next home purchase.

Have been with these guys over 2 years and they really have been great, always helpful and staff are great. Have really looked after me.

Tom, at Simple Approach recently sold 2 properties for me. They werent easy properties to sell !, and it was stressful at times. Tom has good good social skills, is a good communicator, and never got flustered, and was easy to work with. I would definately recommend Tom of Simple Approach, as Estate Agent to anyone selling their property.
