        I am still in disbelief. Planning on returning to Dundee after a long time working in London. I was offered the earliest viewing date to see a house which had just come on the market. I immediately paid for flights, hotel etc travelled up to Dundee on the day of viewing, them within two hours before my scheduled viewing time was told the property had gone under offer. Agree the seller can accept an offer at any time but two hours before they see a cash buyer is a bit odd. Complete waste of time and money. I won't be dealing with them again.

Their local knowledge was invaluable and the sale went through in a month despite complications at the sellers' end. The legal team both followed up quickly with the sellers' solicitors, and also kept us informed at every stage. I would highly recommend the Thorntons team.
