Very poor communication, awful service, customers not valued.

Where do I start? I found a flat I wanted to outright purchase, it would have been a fast and smooth transaction and therefore I booked a viewing. The first time I went for a viewing - the tenant was not aware we were arriving and we walked in on him and woke him up, and had to (obviously) leave. The second time I drove out to see the flat, again tenant was not made aware and so we were not let in. The third time I drove out for the viewing the estate agent did not turn up and I was left standing in the wind alone for half an hour. After this utter waste of time, lack of organisational skills and completely disastrous unprofessional disappointment, I left a voice mail to complain to the company - and stated I am still interested in the property. No contact was made by them. Not to apologise, not to try to explain themselves and not to reschedule. I am frankly baffled how the company is still in business - that is something I will never understand.
