Emma and her team have been great while my property had some issues with the roof. They sourced a roofer to come and look at the issues to quote and dealt with getting info for the other tenants in the building so we could get them involved. A great help and made a stressful time a lot more manageable.

We have recently moved into a rental flat in Dundee managed by this letting agent. From viewing, moving in and getting settled, they have been fantastic, proactive and understanding of our circumstances. Sarah Petrie is genuinely lovely and helpful and I would highly recommended if looking for a rental property in Dundee.

My boyfriend and I had to find a good flat rental agency and were glad that we chose this one. In particular, Sarah and her colleagues were really patient with our incompetency in this field. Even though there was a lot of fuss with such a standard procedure as documents, Sarah made it easier for us to go through it and was always helpful, guiding us through the whole process. Update: Please see your system for updates/ reports as all of the issues where touched on multiple emails including notes from the check out. On a side note: Sarah has been great through the whole rental process. Even though there were some bumps on the road eg lining up dates , previous bills from the previous tenant etc - the whole process was easy.

We moved from Wales to Dundee and Sarah made everything very easy and straightforward, including accommodating a virtual viewing and progressing things as quickly as possible on her end as she understood that we needed the tenancy agreed and finalised as a matter of urgency. We have been in our property now for around a month and are very happy. The only (minor) issue we had on moving into the property was resolved very quickly, which Sarah helped to facilitate (even though arranging repairs is not her role). I cannot recommend Slater Hogg & Howison highly enough.
