        Absolutely ridiculous was late due to being at another appointment they didnt accept us after waiting 2 months for this appointment only late for 5 MINS!! Very helpful indeed

        I am very disappointed with Boots. I had an appointment I had booked two months ago, but they called at the last minute and canceled it. They offered me an appointment for the next month, after which I canceled it. I think this is unprofessional and unacceptable. I postponed all my commitments for the day and they ruined my day.

        I HAVE JUST BEEN FOR AN APPOINT MENT TIME OF 14.00 AND WAS 6MINS LATE, SHE SAIS SHE WOULD HAVE TO RE-SCHEDAL BE CAUSE THE ASSISTANT HAD SOMEBODY IN WITH THEM. i'LL TELL YOU I WASN'T PLEASED AT ALL, i ASKED WHAT THE INTERVAL SLOTS WERE WAS TOLD 35MINS, SO WHY WAS IT I COULDN'T JUST TAKE A SEAT AND BE SEEN SOONEST. I have waited over a month for this appointment. was told by assistant slots work like at the doctors surgery, i dissagreed with her, because dostors are not always on time, sometimes it can be more than 15 mins. So boots what have you got to say about this, by the way nxt avail appointment 19th NOVEMBER 2020. said i would book elsewhere.
