Never used ChipsAway before however I have a slight scratch and small but tricky dent on my quarter panel from a hit and run, I went in and didnt have to wait at all before the gentleman working there came out. He was honest enough to explain how he could fix up the scratch and bigger but hardly noticeable dent going upwards, but repairing the main dent was beyond what they can provide, and that it probably wouldnt be worthwhile using his services in terms of cost to benefit. Love the honesty on his part, couldve easily taken my money in exchange for a hardly improved appearance. On top of that he spent a good 10 minutes explaining this to me, and what my options were and how I could improve appearance in the meantime for little money. Hes definitely knowledgable in his field and went into depth exploring a few ideas about what to do and what not to do. It was pouring down with rain outside and he was visibly getting soaked but he patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions and was happy to help out. Its qualities like these that give a business a good reputation and bring them customer loyalty. In fact Id only thought of visiting this place because of word of mouth. Due to his honesty, insight and patience which he expected nothing in return for, I now know exactly who to (hopefully not) visit in the future if needed - and if someone needs a scratch or dent repair then Ill recommend chipsaway off the top of my head because I had a memorable positive experience with them.

Excellent service. Went to ChipsAway with scratches to the passenger door and couldn't believe the finish achieved. . Mike went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right.
