Shocking. Leave their mentally unwell patients to go entire weekends without medication or care, claim theres no appointments but theres never anyone in the building. Drs have lied to me about making referrals said they have done it for me to find months later that I hadnt been referred to where I had to be and wasnt on any waiting list. Receptionists think they have more medical training than half the nurses and doctors.

Just phoned youre mill practice and the guy was really rude to me I havent been to my doctors in about 5 years and they make you feel like nothing is wrong with you over the phone !!! I might as well diagnose myself !!! Looks like a trip to the pharmacy to see what they say ! Very poor service and he was extremely rude !

I normally wont leave any bad reviews. However the recent male receptionist, was rather rude in two different occasions and I can see its not an isolated event. Please this person should be replace. He didnt listen anything I said. When I finished he said to not interrupt him and was extremely rude. Who is this person and why he speaks like that to people he has not met? He doesnt like his job he can work somewhere else.
