Puppy was on his first walk and was thirsty and lady working there was happy to give him a bowl of water, before Id ever been or intended to purchase. Those working there are of all ages and are all very kind, helpful and knowledgable. Huge variety of products too. Now a regular customer, we cant forget about our local businesses!

A harness I bought for my dog turned out to be too small I took it back and was told they would try to find a replacement they put my details on the receipt put it in a bag .weeks later no one contacted me despite putting it their book . I phoned and went over the details they asked for the receipt I said you kept it I went into the shop it felt like they were trying to say I was trying to con them. Eventually they found the bag with the receipt in it .I won't be back

Clear layout, including clear signs for social distancing. Clean and well lit. Friendly and quick service but not rushed. I'll be back!
