        An excellent extremely well run family friendly Club that I would highly recommend to anyone of any age. The coaching staff are first class at developing students physically and mentally. The very least any new member would gain would be increased self confidence and discipline along with a bunch of new friends. Roy, Dan and staff have an excellent track record of getting the very best out their students and from that point there are endless opportunities available that include competing in karate comps all over the country. The fact they coached several local kids from having no previous karate experience up to the standard of winning European and World Championships speaks for itself. The real sucess of the Club though is the mindset and values that it gives to members young and old.
