The libary is full with people who just dont respect those who are studying or trying to do something. The rooms are not ventilated, so its hard to sit there for a long time anyways.
My guess is that they dont even clean the tables, by the looks of them.
And dont know why there is a singing practise in libary facility rooms (especially in a room where is no sound proof isolation) it is imposible to study, read or do anything because of that traveling sound.
