2 mistakes on feenote. Missing my cashback and then they missed of another fee, so I had to make 2 payments.
No real guidance on how long I had to check for damage/repairs in new property.
After sale went through, it was like they didn't want to know. I just got told, its just one of those things.
So good start, felt looked after and guided, that was gone by the end. Wouldn't use again.
