Not reliable at all. Decided to change the internet provider with fibre and the installation process and everything was on time and it was said on a Tuesday that there is only a remaining issue with the fibre connection that is due to be fixed the same day or the day after, which eventually never happened. During the next week it was said that the internet would be running from Friday. On that Friday nobody made contact and after several calls the provider again made a delay for the next week when it was not even a matter to have internet connection anymore. Extremely irresponsible and failing to complete their commitments on time.

Can't recommend highly enough. Brilliant customer service right from the start. All up and running in no time and the speeds are excellent. If you are in or around Dundee area (or as far as they reach) You need to be with Fibrecast.
