The behaviour of the lifeguards has also been rather poor. The interactions I've had were terse. They're also entirely inflexible with their unstated rules. Last time I was there, a lifeguard was laughing with another lifeguard about having just made a little girl cry after telling her she couldn't wear mask type goggles.
There's nothing egregiously wrong with the pool and due to location I'll still use it, it's just not a nice atmosphere whilst using it.
Edit: New year, under 5's now being charged and still no play equipment despite being told there would be.
