Great when they speak but it annoying keeping us on ozone fir ages like told them y gas machine wet and my card working n still adamant go get another tenner n it work n didn't meant come last nite 4 t 6pm n been on phone since 11am n now 4.55pm say go shop n still didn't work n I'm disabled n house freezing n tomz sat so not get the guy come till Mon x

A family member has a home with this company ,the houses are badly built always needing repairs done and have damp issues i have also experienced bad customer service from staff at this office while visiting with my family member who needs my support at times , there is nothing but complaints all over the internet about sanctuary housing yet they seem to get lots of awards , also when you phone up sanctuary housing some of their staff have a habit of putting the phone down on you , i am not at all surprised this company was featured on Despatches tv show landlords from hell ,DISGRACE, the ceo of sanctuary housing Craig Moule outta be ashamed of the complaints they get
