Premier Inn Dundee West hotel

Staff room above; I booked a room at Dundee west for a night online and headed to the hotel. I rung the bell waited but no reply. I kept ringing the bell and even called the hotel to tell them I was waiting to get in but the message said there was nobody available and to call later. It wasnt until another family came To the hotel that a male member of staff came from upstairs and let me in. I was put in room 9. An hour or so after I could hear a female upstairs stamping around the room and banging things on the floor, I banged on the ceiling which made the banging worse. This continued throughout the entire night and morning until I left around 11am. I had no sleep whatsoever. The noise got much worse in the morning with laughing and chatting. The female stamped continuously back and forth In the room then bang a heavy box on the floor, this was continuous for my stay. When I left I popped upstairs to see the room number to my disgust it was a private staff room.
