I had the most horrible stay in Dream Apartment Dundee. My apartments heater wasnt working, bin was broken, wardrobe broken, smoke detector not working, the place started flooding and leaking from the window when it was raining outside. The building lift was not working. When we complained to the manager. Instead of helping us and solve the problems. He took it personally and wrote to us that he will evict us since the property is do unsuitable and we have do many complaints. I have never such rude and racist management. He also sent me personal messages attacking and harassing me. The property also didnt give our damage deposit of 100 back saying the place needs cleaning. If they wanted to clean the place before check put. They should have informed us that while checking in. They charged us 100 for leaving some dirty dishes on the sink. This stay was a nightmare and wouldnt want my worst enemy to go through this. We are relieved to leave the place after this horrific and unfair treatment. And will be canceling our future reservations too I am not sure how this property is in business.
