The salon is such a lovely welcoming place. All the girls are so professional and friendly. Anna is such a fabulous stylist she is the best hairdressers I have ever been to.

Had a perm done about 3 weeks ago by this salon and my overall experience was 10/10. Staff were very friendly and outgoing, the process wasnt long at all and it was comfortable - not to mention they definitely know what theyre doing, and know what theyre talking about. Was also given a cup of tea and biscuits which was an amazing side bonus. The Perm was also priced well and based on how long my hair was, most importantly the end result was fantastic and my hair has been aging like fine wine. Visited JL hair design on the morning of my graduation for an updo. Joanne was extremely accommodating and came in on her day off (and before opening hours) to do my hair- which was lovely. The updo itself was the best updo Ive ever had, was exactly what I was looking for and lasted all day. Would definitely recommended the salon and Joanne. Service: Updos

This was my first time at the salon. I was very impressed by the level of service, in these Covid restricted times. Joanne listened carefully to my needs and delivered. A bonus was not have to pay for car parking. I shall return. JG . Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring
