I have been with Katie for around 10 years. She is empathetic, kind, warm, welcoming,, intuitive, shows great maturity and fun. I tell her how I feel about my hair and leave her to decide what to do. She supports and encourages me with style and colour decisions. She is a wonderful hairdresser and one of the worlds best individuals. I hated getting my haircut before I met Katie- I could feel uncomfortable with the obligatory chat and the resultant haircut- none of this with Katie. And she allows my dogs in her salon which is just the icing on the cake really. I recommend her to so many friends. Thank you Katie for making my life and the world a better place.
