Had 1pk bonds put in costing 225 11 bonds came out within 3wks. Unacceptable, asked for partial refund which was basically refused. I would be embarrassed if that was me, definitely would not recommend, on top of this I spent 150 on products, lost a good customer! Services: Hair regrowth, Hair extensions

Awful experience, I went in to get tape ins and they were rushed being fitted and put in right on the root. This was really painful and I asked to get them removed and to get my money back but they said they would only refit, so I had to bite the bullet. One of the stylists washed my hair with the tight tape ins which was agony, then proceeded to rip one out with a roundbrush which was even worse. After getting them refitted I went to get a second opinion who said I am missing 2 wefts of the beauty works extentions (which I payed for) also one of them fell out after a week after even sticking to all the proper aftercare. I'm just so annoyed I had an awful experience and they wouldn't even give me a refund as the hair can't be reused, even though they still have 2 wefts of mine as there was meant to be 8 'sandwiches' in a Beauty Works exte tions pack. Gutted I wasted so much money that they wont give me back and spent even more at a high end salon getting it looked at who also said some of them were taped in the wrong way. I don't know how they could put hair extentions experts in their bio. This place is also not sanitary as workers were eating between touching clients and not washing their hands in between. Wish I could my time and money back or at least the extra hair I payed for.
