Phoned this place yesterday morning at 9am, they booked me in for 11am with kirstin. She was very welcoming right from the start I hadn't been to the hairdressers for a really long time, she cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. Feels and looks so much healthier now. She chatted all the way through. Very good stylist and a credit to the salon. Will definitely be back

The salon has now called me three times to cancel the appointment and I have rearranged each time without issue. The most recent time they called was today to cancel an appointment for tomorrow. I have a wedding on Tuesday and since tomorrow is Saturday I haven't been able to get another salon at such short notice which means l will be going with my hair a mess. Just really not enough notice to give a client. The strangest part is that they told me on the phone each time they called that my stylist Alyssa is off after a car accident, but i can see from reviews online that she has been doing hair throughout the month Absolutely wouldn't recommend. Unprofessional and unreliable.

After my first appointment, I was unhappy with the colour and cut but they were willing to sort out a solution and I left with hair I was much happier with! I appreciated their flexibility.
