Have used Taygas previously, no complaints, good service and pleasant and polite . However dropped in today (Hogmanay) on the off chance they might be open. To my utter astonishment the Lady owner was at the yard dealing with a domestic emergency of her own. She asked what I was after, to which I replied a six kilo cylinder. No problem, just let me put this stuff away she then promptly allowed me to pay by card. What an absolute wee star, and what an extremely selfless and kind gesture when technically they were closed. I just wish all businesses were so customer focussed. Well done Taygas, you have a customer for life.
