Do not use this crematorium. The coffin is covered and then descends to what are underground cremation facilities that are currently being refurbished. This means that families are ushered in and the out the entrance rather than the usual side door where families would normally meet mourners. Im not saying our loved one wasnt offered the dignity, but on arrival there was no one. Literally no staff until the minister arrived. We were family who chose to arrive independently of the cortge. The minister directed US to tell the family what to do! Where were the staff if youre charging ridiculous prices for the chapel, let alone the cremation.

I would not recommend this crematorium for anyone saying good bye to a loved one, I was appalled by the amount of time allowed, you are hassled in and out like a sausage factory, my wife and her sister were given no time to meet and greet mourners and shuffled to a car to be whisked off, another set of mourners were huffing and puffing waiting to get in through the same entrance. The whole process was disrespectful and whoever is in charge of the whole process needs to get a grip on the situation, during the service there was a mixup with the music and a lady popped out from behind a curtain asking how many verses and I will look for the music It was a complete comedy Shame on Dundee council and whoever seems to be in charge. I would warn all relatives of deceased loved ones to think again and try to avoid this place
