Our motorhome was not starting, Phoned Mickey, who does home visits, to come and diagnose the fault.
He arrived early having informed me he would do so, and spent a considerable amount of time to make sure it was a fault on the starter.
We arranged for him to return to fit a new starter after getting a written quote for the call out and time required for fitting the unit.
He emailed me the day before, then texted me on the day to confirm his arrival time.
Work carried out as promised and vehicle left nice and clean.
Excellent service throughout.
