Care Clean

This is the first time I have used this dry cleaners. I put 2 dresses in for cleaning one of them, the green one had been worn once. The white dress came back with a black mark down the back, the green dress came back with the hem down and the fabric wrinkled and resembled an old dress that had been worn for years !!!!!! These dresses were from Hobbs at a cost of 178 each. I called the business and they were happy to clean them again but can do nothing about the hem, but to be honest looking at the state of them I would be scared to send them back. I was also offered a letter to take to Hobbs suggesting it was the manufacturers fault. As this is my first experience with this company I will not be returning and would warn anyone to think twice before you use this place.

Would not recomend this dry cleaner, very poor service. Put in a pink blazer from Zara which i just bought, wore on a night out and got a drink stain on back of it, got the jacket back looking really old, faded and very tacky, complained and got told manafactuers fault. So asked for a letter from them to take to Zara and after chasing them up because nobody gets back to you!!. I got a very cheeky letter saying its a refurbishment service not renewal. Very disappointed with this service and taking it further its a disgrace. Dont use
