Extremely rude and unprofessional! I phoned to complain about an instructor allowing a learner to block my drive when ending the lessons. It may sound petty however on this occasion I was sitting in my car away to take off. A gentle toot of the horn and it was ignored. When I phoned to raise awareness that my drive is being blocked I was told not my problem and hung up the phone! Great customer service! I dont understand why an instructor would even think its okay let alone continue to block someones entrance and exit to a property.

Passed my test with 1 minor this morning. Had Alan throughout my lessons before and after lockdown and he was brilliant. During my lessons I made one or two howling errors but Alan's reactions were incredibly quick and corrected immediately. Was a great comfort to know that he could fix situations as quickly as he does. After bailing me out of a bad situation, he would play it down and calmly explain what went wrong which was great for taking on knowledge. Would 100% recommend

I had a driving course with Kevin Price from Ancrum School of Motoring once a week for 2 months. He was very patient and explained to me everything I need to know about driving in the UK. I passed my test for the first time today. I strongly recommend him if you guys want to pass your practical driving test successfully.
