Apex Glass & Glazing

Been waiting since September 22 to have my balcony fixed part of steel fascia was attached using double sided tape which fell off the next day! Sean refusing to come out despite being paid in full. Telling my husband and I he is a busy man!! Avoid dealing with Sean Bambury. Have contacted him about 20 times. Took the damaged fascia away and now refusing to fix it. Will have to start court proceedings!!!

We used Apex glass and glazing to fit some glass around our decking, as our family had used them previously and they did a lovely job. From start to finish from Sean leading the design and fitting team, to Pam/Lucy who provide the administration, they were all excellent. They helped us design exactly what we were looking for, and it was done both professionally and in good time. They communicate very well with you, which helped it all go very smoothly. We had had a couple of other quotes prior to Apex, but they couldn't provide us with exactly what we were looking for, and the service didn't seem as good. The cost was reasonable, other quotes were cheaper but we felt the quality of what we got was far better and well worth it. Would definitely recommend the team, and employ them again if we needed anything in the future.

Fabulous service from Apex Glass & Glazing. Pleasant and helpful from my very first enquiry. Glazier's came out immediately and secured our window and glass was replaced within a number of days. Highly recommend.

Clear, timely communication from start to finish. The engineers appeared on time to assess the previous window, they were polite and knowledgable. They talked through my different options with the pros and cons of each. The quote provided was much more reasonable than other companies! On the day of install, they arrived on time and fitted the window. Again, the engineers were polite, tidy and hard working. I'm delighted with their work. Very professional company. Highly recommend. I will get any future windows needed from Apex Glass and Glazing in the future.
