At first impressions the jobs requested was sound. Windows, guttering and fascias replaced. We had our tiles cleaned and the laborers discovered that it was a botch job and not only was there whole beams of wood missing where drill marks has been made connected to nothing. The black guttering has been assessed incorrectly so water drops from the centre of the house and tiles are out of alignment We went back to see if I could get a fair resolution considering the large lump sum we paid in full. The response from Ecofit from email in essence: That our roof is still holding with the materials used (even if it's not connected to anything as shown in images by the screws). I'm sorry to say that this is not sufficient and must ask buyers to beware.

Ecofit guys, Wayne, Lee & another young guy who's name escapes me, are all stars. They were unequivocally professional at their job , which shows. Their happy demeanour & jovial good banter will be missed. It is plain to see, they love their jobs, by the pride they take in every detail they apply to it. I would highly recommend this company 100% and would like to thank them for their hard work.

First class service from initial visit from Paul, pricing, communication & the installers over the 3 days were first class. A few minor adjustments required but transformed our home, looks amazing. The 3 fitters worked hard, were polite & took the time to explain things, a credit to EcoFit! Would recommend them highly in all aspects!
