Practically impossible to get an appointment and every time I order my repeat prescription theres an issue, usually something missing and one time I was given medication I hadnt been taking for at least 6 months. I have to order my repeat at least a week in advance instead of the usual 48 hours and still end up having to phone them to chase it up every time

Can never get an appointment even when you call at 8am you constantly get the engaged tone. When you do eventually get through ALWAYS told no appointments. Most of the younger receptionist absolutely brutal, they make you tell them all your symptoms or they won't even put it through to the doctor and they are extremely cheeky and unhelpful. You be better asking a stranger in the street for a diagnoses. . You have to wait at least 7 days for a repeat prescription when it used to be 2. The doors are STILL locked because of covid (absolute joke). There always seems to be only 1 doctor on at a time,, so they are all getting paid for nothing basically (no wonder the NHS is in such a state). You'd honestly be better to go to a vet for treatment as you'd get better help from them. Worst surgery in Britain
