The most condescending, nasty, dense, and unhelpful gp receptionist staff I have ever encountered. I stay in Dundee for university and I was spending a few weeks at home as I was unwell. I phoned up, explained my situation, and asked the receptionist to email my insulin prescription to my local pharmacy, which they had done before. She told me that they cant email prescriptions and that its not a thing. She was extremely impatient and spoke to me like I was stupid for even asking. I work in a pharmacy so I know that pharmacies can dispense and hand out a prescription from a scanned copy emailed to them. Somehow not one, but two receptionists at this practice were completely unaware of this.

Been a client here for the past 4 years. Been phoning since 8am eventually get through at 1010. No appointments left. Explained I have been on and emailed last week due to the phone telling me the number is not recognised to be told its an issue with my phone and no one else has issues getting through. Some of the reception staff are so rude so now I have to try again tomorrow!
