Grove Health Centre

Extremely worse this gp. Always finish the appointment 08:10. I try to appointment today 2 times they closed the phone. I'll call again they said to late just medical student left. I'm nearly half an hour try to reach them.Receptionist and doctor all worse. They didn't care even you die front of them.

Appointments always gone by 0810. Reception staff rude and unhelpful.

Dont listen to the reviews, the staff were all extremely nice and welcoming! Brilliant practice with even better staff!

Started phoning at 08.00 got thru at 0850 and was told all appointments to see a doctor were filled

Cannot fault this practice. Phoned on Friday. Took a few attempts to get through but the receptionist was extremely helpful. Telephone call back from doctor, very thorough, prescription done and all sorted within a letter of 2 hours. Well done. Also noticed improved communication from the practice with text messaging and very helpful improved website. Staff are always friendly and helpful if I ever need to go in to the building. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Cant understand the 1 star reviews.
