Been with this surgery for 34 years when it used to be in William Street, hardly have bothered them, in fact, have not bothered them and had any appointments since 2018, that's 5 years ago. Doctors and staff have changed over time. Tried making an appointment numerous times but was nothing available and was asked to call back after two weeks, called back after two weeks but still no appointments available. Receptionist are rude and have poor communication skills and make you feel that a patient is an inconvenience to them. Doctors also make you feel that a patient is inconvenience to them, the look on the face questions you that why the hell you are here and still alive. Doctors behaviour is like gods, like a patient's life depends on them. They can choose who to let live and who to let die. I am a higher rate taxpayer and I feel that I deserve at least one appointment once every five years. May be worth writing to health minister that something is wrong here, may also write to finance minister that my tax is not being used efficiently. NHS has deteriorated very badly, taxpayers funds are misused on unnecessary wars instead of looking after the residents of the country.

Worst treatment ever, the nurses have a really bad attitude and too greedy to give essentials when patients needy, a terminally ill patient was due to get an adjusting bed it was all going ahead then a really horrible nurse decided to stop it, Dr Taylor not helpful as she too took the evil nurses side, they will stick together and support each other in their injustice towards you, some terrible people here.
