The worst. I suffered a fracture, was sent to King's Cross for an x-ray. The radiologist told me that the surgery would have my x-rays that afternoon. I called every day for 2 weeks asking if my x-ray results/images had arrived...every day I was told that they had not yet arrived. It turns out that they had received the images the the same day as I had attended King's Cross. A 2 week delay due to the incompetence of the staff at reception. By that time, the fracture has already begun to heal, but not in the correct place. No apologies, no acceptance of responsibility. Nothing!

Brilliant care for my mother today. Easy access to an efficient and kind receptionist with a prompt home visit and considered and compassionate care.

Receptionists think there drs asking personal questions .not the friendly service it used to be with the old drs .

I have been attending this surgery for a long time, but more so recently. I have found the receptionists there very helpful and I haven't waited long to get through to them. The doctor I have been seeing there (Dr Tewelde) is one of the nicest and most caring doctors I have met. She takes a lot of time out to talk with you and really listens to what you have to say. Very happy with the service.
