Please please please can you reinstate ear syringing at this practice as the new system If you have mobility issues is patient unfriendly,having to figure out where clinic is in different building to be told they can't do it as late,and to book for next Friday,in broughty ferry?when their is a surgey in Whitfield,this is so patient unfriendly,I am having to go to Specsavers,to pay for this treatment,so let down by the NHS today,please let common sense prevail and change the system back to what was easier

Recently moved here from Maryfield medical centre. 4 weeks later still waiting on medical records and having real difficulty getting my prescription. First receptionist was really nice second receptionist o spoke to was so rude and was not listening to ehat I said. I ended up going around and spoke to the admin girl she said leave it with me ini will see what I can do still nothing.

Customer service through the reception has greatly improved, this might be due to new staff (not sure). Heathecare staff doctors and nurses are all fantastic. 4 star as it can be difficult to get the reception to answer the phone.

Just spoke to Lisa a receptionist about my family joining the practise I was overwhelmed with how polite she was how knowledgeable she was and how she took time with me to answer any of my questions (and there was a few ) about the surgery we will definitely be going to change to this surgery
