I would also like to add she is a fantastic member of the practice team and also in courtesy and politeness towards patients. Thank you Gemima..

        Lack of communication between dentist , dental assistants and reception. Several times appointments times have been mixed up . Then they expect you to pay for turning up at the correct day and time you were given by dentist . Only to find reception has you booked in at different day and time . I'm not the only person this has happened to at this dental practice. In this day of technology every dentist gives reminder text a few days before appointment- not this place though .They seem quite happy to charge for missed appointments . Avoid this place
