        The guy denied had appointment after my mum phoning complete shambles reported my mum to socialworker not knowing she was a socialworker. Lol joke of place.

        Phoned these people during holiday ignored messages about my child left had phone up kingcross to phone them, they phoned me promptly, denying i had even i have all my phone them. They make appointment with you get up deny your registered and had the apoointment then try take the nurses try take mick because know illness and triggered me. Disgusting. Then threatened phone social service can wait to see the for malparactice. They are very disrespectful upset my daughter by denying she registered. And i had teatment in lockdown. I will take this further. Dont you worry about that.

        Absolutely shambles of a place! Head nurse needs to go and have a course on customer relations, her attitude stinks!! Had the audacity to put the phone down on me too.. Needless to say won't be back there!
