Scott Fraser & Munro Dental Practice

This practice is a disaster, avoid! Have been there for about 10 years and it completely changed since the start. Dentists are not staying there for long, I even don't remember how many times my dentist was changed. The practice can cancel appointment on a day of the appointment without even explaining why, when I took a day off work because of this appointment. The next appointment available was in about 7 weeks. Now they don't have NHS hygienist, they are asking me to pay for my 14 years old son who is entitled for free dental care. This is just a few things and it is much more from my experience. Very disappointed!

I'm registered there. I called to tell them that I had broken a tooth and was in a lot of pain. They told me that I would have to wait 3 months for an appointment. Wow!
