        Always closes early and sends parcels back after simply knocking on door. Ridiculous business practise. What's the point of providing your phone number to these fools. Choose any other delivery service. We're in the 21st century and they refuse to call the customer. And rather waste everyone else's time. Any other delivery service call the customer. Always leave royal mail to last resort. They also recently changes the opening hours to the most unholy times for people with actual lives to make it. You really are expected to be sat by your door all day and have a car to drive there during the short window they remain open.
