        Ordered food for Christmas day, which unfortunately it did not arrive on time (no fault of Scott Brothers Butchers, but due to the courier). However, they called me and were very apologetic and empathetic to my situation being this close to Christmas! They refunded the order for me, which was much appreciated. Because of their exceptional customer service, I will be ordering from them again and also recommend their products.
