Tesco Express

Always been a loyal customer to Hawkhill Tesco express. Its convenient and close by. Would go and grab myself a meal deal and other essentials and was usually served by a really nice gentleman that worked there for years which was always the highlight of getting my shopping because as a person that suffers with anxiety its nice having someone to talk to. Recently I feel Tescos reputation has gone downhill with the students they are employing. I understand its hard working and attending uni and trying to afford to live especially during this crisis however, theres a specific Irish Student that has the worst work etiquette Ive ever experienced in my life. Shes rude to customers, constantly on her phone and her attitude is disgraceful when you ASK (yes you often have to ask) to be served She acts as if as if youre an inconvenience to her. As I said I have anxiety and to be spoken to and degraded in one of your local shops isnt doing anything for it to say the least. She really needs to take a course on customer service or find a job that doesnt involve her having to be in the front of the store as Im sure many customers would agree.

Small Tesco express, which has all the basic necessities for a student living nearby. This Tesco also has a Costa express machine and a Evri parcel drop. If you go in at the right time, you can find some really good bargains.
