        A very rude & likely racist middle aged white woman works there and clearly has issues. 2 people asked for help at the self service and one was treated in a very friendly way. When it came to me, suddenly I could see a change in behaviour and the person deliberately did not communicate verbally/ no words used & didnt give eye contact. They aggressively scanned the self service checkout. This type of behaviour is unacceptable & should be flagged to their manager. But why bother as racism will always exist and theres nothing we can really do to change this poor mentality & behaviour. Just another poor reflection of society.
