My gran was in here tonight trying to get her gas and electric vouchers around 8pm and the girl serving completely refused to give her gas and electric over charged her for her shopping and didn't even apologise its a new girl never seen her before but extremely cheeky my gran showed her bus pass and her address was on the letter a pensioner who never leaves her home and first time she does she treated disgustingly the girl also claimed they don't do gas for scootish gas when she has had her gas and electric topped up there before little did she know i was outside in my car while she was speaking to my gran like rubbish so i went in to see what the problem is and she also had a cheeky attitude with me another customer behind me heard and told me to go to the shop up the road because they dont mind and are friendly and will give you the gas and electric no problem without id which i did and got no problem her excuse was that they are monitoring her on camera when the other customer got involved . WHAT PENSIONER AT THAT TIME OF THE NIGHT IS GOING TO be checking in someone elses vouchers and thats how she was treated as though they weren't her vouchers look after your customers and respect your elders or at least explain in a nice manner dont get cheeky imagine i wasnt there would my gran just have went home all startled at 73 year old with no gas or electric !!! Absolutely disgusting
