1st Choice Superstore Scotland, Best-one

I went to pick my parcel today and was refused by the elderly lady as i tried to explain Evri does not need a barcode she was rude, not apologetic wasted 10 minutes of my life and was advised to come back. The shop is holding my parcel. I am disgusted by the utter service i have received and i am not happy to be treated the way i was. This store needs to remove the lady in the store as she does not know how to process the parcel it is a very urgent post. No applogise and i was told i am causing an argument. It is I showed the parcel photo. If i go back and she is still there i am wasting my time. Clearly the owners do not care about the customer service. I do not have time to waste. I will come back to get my parcel. Will not recommend for anyone to do Click and Collect here use a different store

The staff are great with customers very welcoming and polite, very clean and nicely layed out and in my opinion best little shop and they can teach alot if other little shops how it should be done!!!
