        I watched a G.T Diamond Drilling guy drilling holes for the fence on the new Stonehaven Carron river crossing. I was very impressed with his skill and especially his safety equipment. He was outfitted with PPE and the drilling was wet (lots of water) to prevent his exposure and as importantly, passers by and adjacent properties being exposed to dangerous silica dust. Until recently I was living in the US and I was frequently appalled by concrete cutting work being carried out with no PPE or water resulting in clouds of dangerous silica dust blowing everywhere. Great work guys!
